딥하프가드에서 백 (Deep half guard to backtake )

#deep half guard to back take

 

my bottom leg should be between his legs and hooked over his inside leg.

my hands: push his neck and arm to protect me from him smashing me (not to get smashed)

go swim into him

- my right arm: hug his thigh

- my left arm: underhook over his armpit

- legs: triangled

 

swing my leg and elevate up

(tip: pull my legs up then i can bring his weight over my head when he put his hands on the mat for base) 

using my head to prevent his hip from moving around

-hook his leg with my right leg and keep his legs elevated.

(If i let his legs be on the mat, he can move well and is gonna count attack )

and go to take his back
