클로즈가드에서 롤링 암바(rolling armbar from closed guard)

-in close guard, break him down and pretend to go for flower sweep.

Then he will put his hand on the mat for base

-Overhook his arm and turn onto my head

-roll all the way over.

(tip: pull his foot then he will roll more quickly.)

 

 

(+ I can bring him and underhook his arm , then hip out and side my leg under and compress my egs together to his arm.

But when he managed to get out from my compression armbar, i can go for roll over armbar as well.)
